PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Dates & times: September 12-19, 2025. We will begin at 11am on the first day and end on the last day after the lunch, around 2pm.

Venue: Le Hameau de l'étoile, near Montpellier, in the South of France.

Tuition fees: 990 € per person (900 € for registrations in duo woman/man or for those who register for 2 retreats among the SkyDancing Men/Women Program)

Accommodation and meals: Full board accommodation is between 80 € and 110 € per day and per person. Meals are vegetarian, and home cooked with fresh, local and (as much as possible) organic products.

Prerequisites: We recommend participants to have followed at least an introductory week-end to SkyDancing Tantra or a similar 2-3 day workshop from another recognised Tantra school. In the registration process, you will be contacted by one of the two facilitators to discuss whether this program can fit with your expectations and whether you feel ready for this adventure.

In case of withdrawal: Up to 60 days before the start of the retreat, the deposit will be refunded in full (except for an incompressible application fee of 100 €). If cancellation happens less than 60 days before the start of the retreat, the deposit would be retained in full. In the event of a force majeure event, you will be offered an asset to use (except for incompressible application fees of 100€) for any other retreat of the Institute, within one year from date to date. 

In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the retreat, the deposit will be kept in full regardless of the situation.

Any retreat started remains due in full.

In the case we would have to cancel, you will be offered either the refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule for another of the retreats proposed by the Institute.
