Anne-Marie (Abhika)

Biography:
Anne-Marie has received from Margot Anand the name Abhika, "the one who trusts in love". She lives in Brittany and loves to immerse herself in the sea, as in everything she loves.
From a young age, Abhika expresses herself through song and dance. She is passionnate about jazz singing for more than 35 years, to explore the freedom of improvisation and movement, creativity, as well as to leave the standards of the "beauty" and seek the authenticity that touches in depth .
Abhika is curious, eclectic, and enthusiastic about anything that makes her vibrate.
Once professor of music, then of mathematics, she is also a Gestalt therapist since 2010, and feels honored to support people in their practice in their psychotherapeutic work.
Her need for connection and her curiosity lead her to explore areas where her vitality can be expressed: singing, theater-improvisation, taïchi, dances, shiatsu, sailing, kayaking…. This surge of life has naturally led her to the practice of Tantra in an intense way since 2014.
It is on this spiritual path that she found what she had long sought: joy, depth, simplicity, and the gathering of the different parts of herself. Tantra is for her a path towards more opening of the heart, play, pleasure, intimacy, as well as a closer connection to her body and to spirituality.
Certified in Skydancing Tantra, Abhika shares with her heart her enthusiasm for the treasures she has discovered along her path. She leads workshops and courses, some of which focus on the voice, which she is particularly fond of.
