Biography: 

A former international journalist, today Séverine teaches resilience all over the world and especially in Europe, on the theme of how the crisis can be a lever for spiritual and personal growth. She also facilitates numerous Tantra workshops and courses in Belgium, France and Bali.

Fifteen years ago, after extensive stays in more than seventy countries, she met an initiatory school and discovered White Tantra. Her life takes a decisive turn. She trained in Kundalini Yoga, holistic therapy, meditation practice and the use of mantras. She discovers the power of rituals. She then studies applied psycho-sexology and turns to Sky Dancing Tantra where she discovers practices that contribute to living an ecstatic life centred on joy and consciousness of being.

Her workshops combine numerous tantric practices that increase joy, serenity, intimacy and allow to connect with our deepest being. Among her characteristics: softness, simplicity, great professionalism, a secure environment and an extensive experience of the typical Tantra, Tantric yoga, as well as Neo Tantra for fifteen years. In addition to yoga and resilience, she also teaches non-linear movement, a technique that cleanses the nervous system from trauma and short and long term stress.

Her passion is to help people live more freely, more joyfully and to accompany them in their search for a rich and meaningful life.
