Life is a collection of experiences; some are easy, and others are challenging. To master life is to feel alive whatever you experience and to understand what life is about. Then you will know and guide your emotions, thoughts and needs, becoming and remaining happy as well as loving with yourself and others.
In this workshop, through easy and joyful practices for the mind, the heart, and the body, we invite you to experience encountering yourself consciously. Beforehand, you will receive some simple exercises to tune into the workshop.

Open to everyone (solo and partnered participants)

This workshop will be in English and French.

A phone interview will be requested for people we do not know yet.
