Le corps est souvent opposé au mental. Pourtant, en cette soirée de novembre, nous allons nous servir du mental pour être plus en contact avec nos sensations corporelles.

Mentaliser notre perception du corps, in-corporer le flux de nos idées. Rappelons-nous que notre cerveau est notre principal organe du plaisir.
