"Méditer à tue-tête"

Animation : Karine Ma Tara et Marcel Ari Dharma, enseignants certifiés du SkyDancing® Tantra

La soirée du mois d'avril nous amène à cheminer entre la méditation silencieuse et les hymnes les plus connus que l'on crie à tue-tête.

Un temps pour méditer en silence, chanter à tue-tête, se recueillir, puis danser furieusement. Explorer tout et son contraire et voir comment ces moments différents se révèlent en nous.
