The event will be facilitated by Deva Alaya and Gopal, both certified SkyDancing Tantra teachers and experienced group leaders in many other spiritual disciplines and body work.

According to Osho, there are three key elements in our spiritual dimension :
Pleasure which belongs to the body, representing the physical aspect of our being.
Happiness which belongs to the mind, encompassing psychological and emotional states.
Bliss which belongs to the spirit, representing a higher, more profound spiritual state that transcends the physical and mental realms.

All these elements melt into one, which is Joy, the harmonious combination of these three above.

Throughout the workshop, we will explore these three elements using playful techniques, ultimately expanding our experience into the profound space of Joy. Starting with the exploration of the senses, particularly through touch, which is seen as a sacred expression of love and connection, we will move then into Intimacy, promoting a deep emotional and physical connection empowering a greater sense of closeness, trust, and understanding.

This will open the door to a true Intimacy experience, with ourselves and others, in a conscious, safe, respectful way.

Tantra is not just about physical pleasure but also about spiritual growth. It involves practices that aim to awaken the spiritual energy within, leading to a state of enlightenment and expanded consciousness.

Then we will explore Awakening, with the use of Meditation techniques which will allow to be fully present in the moment, enhancing the overall experience of intimacy and connection.
