Mastering Tantric Spirituality

SkyDancing Tantra intensive weekend with Alaya and Gopal, both certified SkyDancing Tantra teachers and experienced group leaders in many other spiritual disciplines and body work.

For Singles, couples, all genders and ages are welcome, even without previous experience in Tantra.
The event will be held in English, and even if your English is just basic, you are welcome to join.

NON RESIDENTIAL WORKSHOP

In this special SkyDancing Tantra weekend workshop, you will be able to learn and experience some of the most powerful and transforming SkyDancing Tantra practices (signature of Margot Anand), combined with elements of Body Love, Meditation, Bioenergetics, and Sacred Intimacy.

This intensive SkyDancing Tantra workshop, for English speakers, is an invitation to become intimate with our true energetic essence as LOVE, the ultimate vibration of the universe.

In this weekend, we will focus on different steps of the Tantric Wave, and its deep intense opening to consciousness with the practice of Meditation, in solo and partner sessions, accessing the dimension of Sacred Intimacy inside of us and in connection with others.

Becoming intimate with our energetic charge as LOVE, infact is the only way to be genuinely intimate with others.

We will share, practice, and enjoy together:

• Ritual Touch and Temple Night

We will explore:

• Our Body as a Temple
• The Chakra System
• The Orgasmic Wave
• The three Keys: Breath, Movement, and Sound
• The Art of Touch
• Spanda, the Sacred Vibration

All in a fun and playful way, in an elegant atmosphere and a space where participants will feel safe expressing themselves in freedom and trust.

There will be no sexual intercourse or unnecessary nudity happening in this event.

In this collective experience, we will practice together how to:

• Dedramatize sexuality, freeing ourselves from our limiting
• Learn to treat our body with respect.
• Bring more awareness to increase our ability to love and be loved.
• Recognize our body as our true temple.
• Learn the art of letting go through deep relaxation.
• Let our vital energy flow
• Regain confidence in oneself, in others and life.
• Become familiar with the issues of choice, become more aware of our limits, and respect ourselves
• Discover and harmonize our inner male and female
• Build our energy responsibly using the three keys: Breath, Movement and Sound

Price: 350 € per person - early bird before feb 15: 320 €
Food: it is possible to include 2 meals per day (lunch and dinner, except Sunday, only lunch) at the venue for the total price of 90 €

Course validated as a prerequisite for Love & Ecstasy Training (TEL) and the SkyDancing Tantra Men/Women Program.
