C’est bientôt la fin d’été sur la côte d’Azur, le temps se ralentit et le touristes s’éparpillent. Ce moment est propice pour sentir la fluidité qui nous habite après le temps des vacances, pour méditer dans le mouvement et la sérénité.

Atelier ouvert aux célibataires et aux couples, aux débutants et aux confirmés.
