PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS

Please be prepared with a pillow or a big cushion, and an area to move and enjoy music.
Coming for the first time? Please meet 1/2 hour before the meditation for an orientation: 8:30 am / 11:30 am / 5:30 pm

Free time of 1 hour: breakfast, shower, integration, meet in the Lounge, something nurturing
